    Thanks Christine! I have loved taking the time to learn how to establish and reinforce behaviors that feel like habits. One aspect of the class that I haven’t pursued much is forming a cabinet. For my resolution, it didn’t feel necessary and would have felt contrived to build that into the process. However, I have two more resolutions on deck and I’m going to see if forming a support team would help me in these cases. Restarting now…

    I have enjoyed this and made real progress on increasing mindful rather than rushed or distracted eating- I have done this imperfectly with a couple of days of big slips. I hope to start on meditation which I attempted intermittently, for my next habit. I really enjoyed learning new information about habits and rewards but will use the daily 21 day plan again- thanks – for a great experience. I enjoyed leaning from others also. thank you fellow habit class participants
