    Thank you… I needed this. Yes, it is very deflating when others in your household ‘resist’ or worse – whine and complain about everything little tiny thing that went bad in their day and blow it up way beyond proportion into drama. It gets me out of the habit. Thanks for a reminder to keep up my own habits.
