Thanks for the good advice on how to start a gratitude habit with your kids. I encourage my teens to think about what they are grateful for. I started a blog where I journal four things I am grateful for in words and pictures. The idea is to help look for the little joys in life that are available to us everyday! Today I was thankful for the rain and seeing all the colorful umbrellas and ponchos of people walking around NYC. I was thankful to see my daughters connect with their cousin! Share what you are thankful for today!
